Out of the Closet (OTC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.   OTC was founded in 1990 to help raise funds and awareness for AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF).  AHF is a Los Angeles based charity that provides medical, preventive and educational resources for patients.  The income generated from Out of the Closet pays for services provided by AHF to patients who are unable to pay.  96 cents of every dollar made goes to AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s HIV prevention and treatment services.  This is why Out of the Closet is able to offer high quality HIV testing services at all of their locations.  Out of the Closet’s mission is to give back to the community and make a real difference in the fight against HIV and AIDS.

To help with these programs, Out of the Closet takes non-monetary (new or gently used furniture, electronics, housewares, musical instruments, books, CDs and records and clothing) donations.  You can drop off at a location.
