Who qualifies for this program?
- Any age veteran with an honorable discharge
- Any adult age 60 or older
- Qualifying individuals who live within Contra Costa County
- In addition, Veterans and older adults who require escorted door-through-door assistance
- 60+ adults and veterans who can call in to request rides
- Veterans and seniors who are unable to use other forms of transportation for medical, dental care, and shopping necessities
