Goodwill Industries International is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Their Mission Statement is “Goodwill works to enhance people’s dignity and quality of life by strengthening their communities, eliminating their barriers to opportunity, and helping them reach their full potential through learning and the power of work.”

Goodwill Industries International is committed to providing employment, education, and skill-building opportunities to people worldwide.  They have organizations in the United States and Canada and a presence in 12 other countries.  Goodwill designs its programs and services in local communities to help people find work near their homes. The charity works with partners and individuals dedicated to addressing poverty and unemployment for people with disabilities and other challenges to finding jobs. 

To help with these programs, Goodwill takes monetary and non-monetary (new or gently used furniture, electronics, housewares, and clothing) donations.  You can drop off at a location.
