Emeryville Citizens Assistance Program, also known as ECAP, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. ECAP’s mission is to provide food, care and compassion to those in need in Emeryville, CA and the surrounding Bay Area communities. ECAP provides food, educational and employment services, healthy lifestyle training and advocacy to help assist clients to become economically productive independent citizens. They also provide counseling and referral services.
To help with these programs, ECAP takes monetary and non-monetary (housewares and clothing) donations. You can drop off at their location but recommend you call ahead.
